Tubular Plot:-
Plots whose all four angles are right angles and the length and breadth of the plot is more than twice, are known as tubular plots.
Circle Plot:-
The plot whose shape is round is called circle plot. This land attracts wealth and prosperity from all sides. This is the biggest characteristic of this land. Living in such a plot increases wealth and prosperity. Means of income develop. Sufficient space is available to make flowerbeds and gardens all around.
Square Plot:-
The plot whose all four angles and length and breadth are equal is called square plot. A very beautiful house can be built on this land. This land is very auspicious for building construction. Building a house on such land destroys misery and poverty because Lakshmi always resides on it. This plot is also considered to be very progressive in terms of employment.
Hexagon plot:-
This land is in the shape of a Hexagon. Hence it is called Hexagon plot. This land is considered completely inauspicious and harmful for the house-owner and the plot-owner. Living in it increases the empire of sorrow and poverty. Diseases and disorders persist, the money available is lost. A lot of land in the corners of the circle is wasted in constructing a house on such a land. Hence the idea of constructing a house on such a plot should be abandoned.
Triangular plot:-
Such a plot is triangular or triangular in shape, hence it is called triangular plot. Living on such a land is inauspicious for the land-owner or the house-owner. The house-owner may have to face many problems; such as fear of the government and legal problems. The land on one side of such a plot usually does not fit according to the map. It can be used for toilet, outside store,
water tank etc. As far as possible, it is better to abandon the idea of constructing or buying a house on such a plot.
Tabular shaped plot:-
This type of plot is open from the front and narrow from the back. The condition of the people living in the house built on this type of land is prosperous on the surface but is hollow from inside. The combination of such a plot is inauspicious. In times of need, the plot owner has to take loan. This type of plot is completely discardable.
T - Point Plot:-
Plots that look like the English alphabet "T" fall into this category. Its front portion is wide and the inner portion is narrow. Due to this, this plot cannot prove to be fruitful in any form. The owner of a building built on such a plot can never remain healthy. He always remains suffering from some or the other problem. According to Vastu Shastra, such a plot should never be purchased. Such plots are always inauspicious.
Crowmukhi Plot:-
This type of plot is like the mouth of a crow; hence it is called Kakamukhi plot. Such a plot is narrow in the front and wide in the sides. The person living in this type of plot remains happy and prosperous. It is considered very auspicious and beneficial.
Double quadrilateral plot:-
This type of plot is not considered good from the view point of building construction. According to the rules of Vastu Shastra, such a plot makes the house-owner run here and there. One cannot get permanent happiness at one place. This is an inauspicious sign. This type of plot should never be bought.
